Good n fuss free check in and out. Room condition is decent. Pretty well equip too. Only thing is if you get a room facing the main street it will be quite noisy from the traffic. Best part for me is it s location which is just next to MRT entrance. Theres a beer garden below for chill out too.

the free wifi is unstable but this is a very good value for money place. just in front of an MRT station. but better if you are on the highest floor as the pub downstairs may be too noisy for some.

Pros: Excellent location! Literally a few meters away from the MRT station! Room is spacy, clean, and modern looking. Friendly staff. Cons: Too noisy from 7:00 p.m. through early morning: night bar/night market downstairs.

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious room, the bathroom is very clean, excellent housekeeping, hotel has an excellent location just front of the subway station. very helpful receptionist. definetly I will come back.

My only problem with the Park Residence is the karaoke lounge below. Although I requested a room at the back the noise still could be heard. Other issue is the walls are thin, each time a guest closes their door or people walking down the corridor at all hours can be heard clearly.

i stayed at the park residence for 10 days while in thailand for surgery.. the hotel was lovely .. well appointed .. spotlessly clean! the staff and owner were very hands on and went out of their way to do anything they could to make my stay more comfortable. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting bangkok .. the subway was right at the door to the hotel which was great and also hosted a very popular karoke bar .. 24 hour 7/11 right next door .. very happy with this hotel.
